Clean Mobility for All
Aura Planning's goal is to join the movement of bringing transportation equity to our communities through clean mobility solutions. Mobility is as much about social mobility as it is about physical movement. Having the means to travel into more positive environments of employment, education, and housing, is necessary for taking the actual journey. We envision creating places that leave the scarcity of opportunities behind and bring an abundant future through mobility.
Clean Mobility programs such as ride-hailing, microtransit, and carsharing can do more than addressing transportation needs and improve air quality. These programs can function as catalysts for revitalizing neighborhoods, creating green jobs, and distributing opportunities in underserved communities.
We can help you to plan, fund, and build Neighborhood-based Mobility Hubs. Mobility Hubs are emerging technology centers where different modes of transportation converge; walking, biking, transit, and shared mobility seamlessly intersect. We envision neighborhood-based mobility hubs as resiliency centers for our communities. By placing mobile services in mobility hubs, we enable the delivery of services to people who need it most.
In June 2022, President of Aura Planning - Angelina Rahimi, was nominated for a California Energy Commission Hall of Fame Award, for her bold move to develop a new type of community-owned mobility hub focused on providing transportation equity, clean energy, and green job training to underserved communities. This innovative idea is demonstrated through the Green Tech eMobility Hub in Del Paso Heights - Sacramento's first eMobility hub.

The Green Transportation Revolution
We see transportation as more than going from Point A to Point B; it is a powerful tool to channel resources to communities. We strive to empower underserved communities to be part of the transportation revolution: Automated, Electric, and Shared Mobility.
